Casual Carpool

He had no idea how or when exactly his very promising career, hell, his life for that matter, ended up in it's current sorry state. Each day painfully dragging along slower and slower, his nights, well, his tolerance for Gentleman Jack was growing and becoming more expensive, at least he no longer dreamed, did he sleep? He was just starting to think that his new Lieutenant would start the process of firing him when she assigned him a missing persons case, maybe she simply was not done exacting her revenge on him for breaking up with her. A missing persons case, may as well become a uniformed traffic cop, well, on the bright side it would be a simple enough case. 

 

If chasing a romantic Serial Killer who want's to start a family, trying to cope with a psychologist bent on personal revenge was simple, well, Jack was right, of course things don't always turn out the way we plan, what do you think?
