Catching Gracie

Catching Gracie is the story about the trials, fears, and disappointments the Bakers had as they searched for their small black-and-tan dachshund, Gracie. The very first day at her new home, Gracie escaped from her kennel into a strange new world to her. She trusted no one. Afraid and bewildered, Gracie ran fast into the woods where coyotes roam. Other wild animals larger than Gracie also lived there. This was a very dangerous place for a small dachshund. The story relates the many situations and anxious days the Bakers spent while trying to catch Gracie.
