Celestial Attraction

     I went sailing and whale watching with a family friend in California, trying to get my mind off my work as an ER doctor. Unexpectedly, I became intrigued by one of my friend's older buddies. There was a spark between us that I knew couldn't work. So, we went our separate ways and got on with our lives. But Celestial Attraction kept drawing us back to each other.

     She's still on my mind after all these months. I knew it couldn't work. Long distance romances never do. She was all wrong for me. Too young, too ambitious. But she was perfect. However, the stars were insistent, and our paths collided.

     Our story of conflict and resolution spans the country. Set in Chicago and the Florida Keys, we struggle to overcome our age difference and get our families onboard.
