Breyden’s successful heist of the navitas particle forces the People’s Government to employ new strategies in their attempt to bring Breyden down, the universe’s most wanted criminal. Breyden discovers his plans to throw the People’s Government off his trail, creates a more desperate and dangerous entity bent on destroying the threat to their control.

Striving to keep the People’s Government off balance by having them believe Breyden’s only threat is in exposing the cover up of government murders, Breyden and his associates move closer to unlocking the secrets to teleportation.
