This book is exactly what I need to get me started! The stories from previous champions really help you get through the obstacles you my face! And it just not one time read I went back a couple of time to reevaluate! If you have a hard time with the nutrition part Eating For Life has great recipes to help keep you track!
I love this book!...Bill Phillips keeps it simple and everything makes sense. He talks about exercise and nutritional myths and facts.
Contrary to the review below...this book DOES tell you how to do the program. You just actually have to read it. Yes...it's mainly success stories but you can still find the program and get started. I'm reading this and starting this challenge. Works great!
