Fundamentally Instrumental Work
I read this entire work in 2 weeks while doing 5k's on the treadmill, and simply stated, Tom outdid my expectations. He simplifies complexity and communicates simplicity. The read was extremely deep and he takes a wealth of information and lays it before us as treasure. I am still amazed he was able to interview as many people from polar extremes and package it in a way I could easily grasp. I found out many of my habits are on track, while others are out of wack. This will continue to be a valuable asset not only to me, but many others I come into contact with. This is also the kind of work I will continue come back to throughout my life, it is just that ground-breaking. I will never look at myself or people the same when it comes to habits; dead serious folks.
In this book, Corely tells you how to identify poor habits and transform them into positive ones.. Also, how to attack your goals. It definitely was an eye opener for me. I will be incorporating many of these habits into my daily routine ASAP!!
