What a great book for schools beginning with their iPad programs! I am at a school that purchased thousands of dollars worth of iPads. For the past year, those iPads have been sitting around getting little use. However, this app makes it so easy to take students through the basic iPad skills while also inciting ideas between teachers. My fellow teachers and I have been able to generate more ideas in the days following our download of this app than we were in the whole year since we first bought our iPads. MUST BUY for iPad use in the classroom.
Great book
This is a great book for school to use if deploying iPads to students. It would be great for teacher professional development, and a must read for great ideas with Apps in Lower Schools across the country.
Very Basic + nice lessons
I'm always excited when fellow teachers share ideas so the final chapter was great. Everything else was too basic. I know how to use my iPad and could not see reading another "how to use your iPad" for teachers article/blog/book whatever.
