Chantell, Married or Murdered By Christmas
Publisher Description
Chantell Lane is about to inherit five million dollars from her great aunt's will. But there's a catch: to inherit the five million she must be married by the Christmas of the year of her aunt's death. Shortly after Chantell finds out about the will and her inheritance, she meets Ted Shaw. Ted wines and dines Chantell until she says yes to his proposal of marriage. He suggests that they get married by Christmas, which suits Chantell. Chantell plans on telling Ted after the wedding of the inheritance. She believes that she, her aunt's lawyer and her parents are the only ones who know about the will. When Chantell grows suspicious of Ted's motives she tries to break the engagement, but Ted will have nothing to do with a broken engagement. He threatens to harm her parents, and tells Chantell that she has a choice of either being married, or murdered, by Christmas.
