Way too expensive
These chapters are a welcome addition to Mill's Principles of Political Economy, but $5.99 is way too much for 68 pages of public domain material. Project Gutenberg is doing a good job bringing public domain books to the iBookstore for free, so unless you have to have this title immediately, I would wait for a better deal.
