The mafia has ruined my life…

Run. Hide. Repeat. A cycle that never ends. That has been my life for longer than I remember. 
Hiding keeps you alive has been my motto.
I know that all it takes is one missed step… One person to recognize me and I'm done. Death at this point would almost be welcomed instead of the scurrying life I lead. 

When my car breaks down running from the last encounter, I know I'm in trouble. Stranding in the middle of Louisiana, with no wheels, no money and no way to run, I wonder if life could get much worse?
It could, it seems. 

The six foot tall, walking wet dream for a mechanic that is fixing said ride is rude, mean, and is a tree I'd love to climb. Ryker pulls no punches, he tells me how it is straight, and he tempts me.
He makes me want to stop. 
He makes me want to want him even when I know it will be the biggest mistake a girl like me can make.
I can't stop. I can't be found. 
I can't be here any longer than necessary.
