Charles Johnston v. Industrial Comm. and

This action was commenced on August 23, 1955 by Charles Johnston of Eau Claire, plaintiff, against the City of Eau Claire and its insurance carrier, Iowa National Mutual Insurance Company and also against the Industrial Commission of Wisconsin, defendants, to set aside the Industrial Commission findings and order with respect to an application for workmens compensation filed by said Charles Johnston.
