Eric was immediately attracted to Jean when he first saw her, but Jean was 7 months pregnant and he decided avoiding her was his best option. He didn’t want any complications and figured a single mom would be a huge one. Jean was new to Idaho, she was warned off Eric and his womanizing ways by their friend Nell. I really liked Jean, but I didn’t really care much for Eric in the previous books or the beginning of this one for that matter. He did redeem himself to me however. Will Eric be able to settle down? Will Jean listen to what everyone else has to say about Eric or will she let his actions speak for themselves? This was probably my least favorite of the three books in this series, but still a good read.

Great Read!

This book, I couldn't wait to read it! I wanted to know why he was the way he was and the heroine who stole his heart, well she was a tough cookie for sure! This book made me fall in love with them both and I adored being able to read about each couple coming into their own in this series!

Loved it

This book was great. I loved how Eric was basically tamed by a baby and he didn’t even realize it. Had a hard time putting down the book.

Disappointed

Pretty disappointed in this book. It was told from the guys point of view and just seemed lacking. I didn’t really feel Jeans connection well, and for some reason her name drove me crazy lol. Normally I’m not that ridiculous.

Slow Burn Romance

Chaser is the third book in the Dive Bar series. I think it could be read as a standalone, but I would recommend you start with Dirty, book one. It would give you a little more information and character knowledge, but again I don’t think you have to read the previous books to still enjoy the story.

A tiger can't change his stripes or can he? Eric is the Dive Bar's resident playboy. He is never one for serious relationships. I'll be honest. I wasn't Eric's biggest fan when I started this book. I actually kind of hated his guts. I love Kylie Scott's books, but I just wasn't super excited about this story. Chaser is told from Eric's point of view. I don't know how she did it, but I wasn't that far in the book and my hatred from Eric faded away. I became Team Eric.

Jean just moved to Coeur D’Alene, Idaho. She is pregnant and looking to start over across the country. I’ll admit it was strange not getting her point of view. I’m used to reading books with alternating points of view or the heroine’s point of view. That being said, I loved her character and felt connected to her without being inside her head.

Chaser is a slow burn romance. Kylie Scott just writes books that make you remember why you love to read. I very much enjoyed reading Chaser and I can't wait to read her next book.

Loved it but the typos were insane

I really like this author. Her first series is one of my favorites. But, wow, the typos in this book were crazy. It’s like it wasn’t even proofread. A few left out words here and there is one thing but this felt pretty lazy.
