Awesome
I’m pretty skeptical of any “diet book”, but my friend swore by it, so I gave it a read…and loved it. Pretty simple concept: aggregates the best elements of the most popular diets without subscribing to any of their dogma. It also backs everything up with clinical evidence without getting too into the weeds. Kind of shocked that I’ve never seen anyone else do this. It’s like an uber-practical biohacking book that focuses on basic health and fitness. Only took me an hour to read and I’ve already seen huge results. Incredibly easy to follow.

Shoulda known
