Great Intro for Kids or Adults
I purchased this book for my kids, because we are new horse owners. But I ended up reading it from cover to cover myself. Cherry Hill has a great way of explaining things clearly and covers a lot of ground, with a focus on safety and building good habits.
It is true that the format does not always translate well to iPad (especially with the offset text at the beginning of the chapters and the photo captions). Sometime rotating the device from landscape to portrait cured this issue, but not always!
I would certainly recommend this book as a good overview of things a horse owner needs to know to care for their horse.
Good book bad formatting on iPad
Great book for introducing kids and parents to horses. The formatting is awkward to read on iPad
