Thrill Ride
Sky Corbelli takes you on a roller coaster ride through an interesting alternate future Earth. He marries science and magic/elemental control in an intelligent, witty manner. The first two books leave your fist clenched, possibly yelling obscenities and questioning the author's parentage. But the third book wraps things up neatly and you get a real sense of satisfaction.
