When a chocolate CHIP cookie escapes from the naughty corner with the help of a cool candy KANE, they set out to the waterpark before it closes at 3 pm sharp! Along the way, their rule-breaking streak causes them to go off track. Will they ever make it in time?

Just like the traditional 'Time-Out' despised by children all over the world, Chip's time out to the water park helps him realize the consequences of breaking the rules.
