The best vegan cookbook!
I'm allergic to dairy! And I could not believe how awesome her garden ricotta is! I made it with her stuffed shells with alla vodka sauce! Also loved her peanutty perfection noodles! What I love about her cookbook is that the recipe are simple! And the ingredients I can use in other of her recipes! Love it!!! Great job Chole !!!

I own the physical book, because I bought it before I got my iPad. I feel that Chloe gives people the right tools and information to get into a healthier lifestyle without sacrificing the taste, texture or the pleasure of eating the great foods we have all come to love in the old Standard American Diet. I am not going to lie I want to be healthier and not have to give up chocolate or pizza and I found that veganized versions taste so much better, thanks to Chloe!

I just started my journey as a vegetarian one month ago. I'm so glad that a friend recommended this book. I already tried out the sweet and sour sauce and crunchy tofu recipes. I will purchase this book for my niece who loves vegan cupcakes.
