Lots of fluff

Carb cycling works, I guess maybe I was looking for a more straightforward carb cycling cook book. The 1st 250-300 pages I found boring and tough to read. It felt like the same 4 points were re-written over and over for close to 300 pages. We all know it's gonna take some effort. When you finally get to the recipes and foods you should be eating and when, if your new to dieting it will be tough to follow as nothing is categorized as "carbs" and "proteins". Fell short for me as a book. But the program will work.
