Christ Is King

On any given Sunday, Christians throughout the world acknowledge the Lord Jesus Christ as "King of kings and Lord of lords" in the songs they sing, the prayers they pray, and the creeds they confess. No true Christian would deny that Christ is King. The implications of that confession, however, have proven somewhat controversial; especially when it comes to Christ's authority in the civil sphere.
