Archeologist and history professor Gabe Dawson thought he’d long ago outgrown his teen crush on Jenny. Back in town for a few months to help his mom post surgery, he can’t resist reaching out to Jenny. She’s as beautiful, warm, and funny as he remembered and soon Gabe is reconsidering his future.
Gabe is determined to seize this second chance, but can he convince a very wary Jenny that a globe-trotter is ready to come home for good this Christmas?

Loved it!
I loved Christmas in River’s Edge Book 3 of The Weaver Sisters. What an amazing story. Gave had crushed on Jenny in high school but the nerd didn’t get the girl then. Now he’s home for a bit and she’s not married any longer. The chemistry is there but is he ready to be a stepdad and is she ready to trust another man? I just loved the storyline and the characters. I wanted to punch her ex in the throat. I think this was my favorite book of the Weaver sisters, I loved them all but this one hit him. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Soon everyone is finding love and Jenny is feeling left out. She wonders if she will find love again. Have returns for the high school reunion and they reconnect with each other. Gabe returns home to help his mom out after her fall. They find to to get to know each other and fall in love. However, will Gabe return to Virginia or will he come home for good? Realistic, relatable, holiday romance for the hopeless romantics. A great holiday story for that time of year. It will bring hope back to you!
I received an arc and this is my honest review.

He’s a well know archaeologist and history professor, back home to help his mother after her surgery.
