The forces of the Alliancean Army have engaged the enemy and been victorious, but the victory has cost them dearly.  

They had not expected things to go so badly, so soon.  

The coming dawn would see their world much changed.  

With the fortified village of Falima and her people nearly wiped from the face of Dilos, where would Kalebra's evil strike next?  

The Alliancean forces are gathering, but what news will their scouts bring? And can they match Kalebra's and his wizard Mordach's evil in time?  

Even if they do emerge victorious at the end of it all, can the magical barriers set to protect the good people be removed before they become an even greater enemy than Kalebra? Being concealed within magic vapors for over 150 years is beginning to choke the life from the land they fight to protect.  

And what about this Yorek fellow who claims to be one of them from the other side? Can he truly be trusted as Shadon presumes? Or is he another of Kalebra's tricks?
