The main character a budding artist Max Rocks kicks the book off as a young teenager, giving detailed accounts of his time as an Army cadet who then ventures out into the harsh world of industry. He tells his story of sex drugs and rock n roll using an urban style that recapitulate a volley of incisive events as he attempts to piece together the final conclusion. Genocide.
