City Frisco v. Texas Water Rights Commission

The City of Frisco appeals from judgment of the district court of Travis County that affirmed an order of the Texas Water Rights Commission, now the Texas Water Commission. The Commissions order granted applications of the Cities of Dallas and Denton for permits to appropriate water from the proposed Aubrey Reservoir Project on the Elm Fork of the Trinity River. The order also denied applications of Frisco and others to appropriate water from the same project. We will affirm the judgment.
