City of Glendale v. Barclay

This is an appeal by one of the defendants below, United Benefit Fire Insurance Company, a Nebraska corporation, from a judgment against it in favor of appellee, First National Bank of Arizona, who was the plaintiff below, and from the order denying said defendants motion for new trial.
