Instead of trying to weed your way through all of the confusing healthy eating books on the market today, you should check this one out. It defines what healthy eating is and how you can take control of your health, while providing you with some amazing recipes. A definite must-have for anyone who wants to take control of their health.
A great Gem, Top Notch Recipes
So in an effort to not having to grind out bachelor chow and suffer once again through the frozen food section. I looked and came across a great gem, Clean Eating Made Simple. What's great about this book, is it's not asking you to go radical. No you can still have your meats, still drink your coffee, and no you don't have to go raw vegan. No this book simply suggests replacing and filtering out your more unhealthy processed foods for ones more wholesome and healthy for you. A way to optimize what you're eating and get off the sugar fairy. Small adjustments bit by bit so before you even know it, you changed your whole diet!. I'm especially interested in trying out the Spice Chicken Meatballs for my next meal.
Clean Eating Can be Simple
Okay, You got me, I was always one who would just grab whatever and make it for meals. Because I thought that Eating Clean was just not going to happen. I thought that it had to be too hard, or way too time consuming. But Clean Eating Made Simple has changed my mind completely! Some of the recipes may take a little longer to make, but Knowing how much better it is for my body - and my family's health... It is worth the extra minute or two
