Resumen Introduccion: El fenomeno de raynaud (FR) y los anticuerpos contra las cardiolipinas (ACL) son dos manifestaciones clinicas comunes en los pacientes con lupus eritematoso sistemico (LES). El FR puede llevar a perdida digital o de una extremidad. Las ACL se asocian con episodios tromboticos. Todavia no esta claro si hay asociacion entre el FR y la presencia de ACL en los pacientes de LES.
