Defendant Melissa Zahner was charged with the crime of forgery in violation of Iowa Code section 715A.2(1)(b) and (c) and section 715.2(2)(a) (1993). Following a bench trial, the district court found her guilty of this crime, and we affirm. This is a companion case to State v. Zahner, No. 94-1417/5-536 (Iowa App. 1995) (Unpublished), which involves defendants husband.
