Amazing

I love reading business books. Coaching for improved work performance has to be one of my top 2-3 reads ever. The advice is practical and the examples resonate with past experience. Employment as behavior rental is a brilliant way to conceptualize this idea that there are certain behaviors employers pay for and other behaviors they don't pay for. You limit the employer by behaving outside of the predetermined expected behaviors. Great book!
