Great book a coaching bible, but why so expensive?

This book is basically your go to book if you are either an organization looking to implement a leadership and coaching program or a coach looking for solid examples of coaching execution. The authors are the A Team and even has some collaborators like Carlos Paulet, whom I got to see present his ideas at a conference last year and was brilliant, as well as your classic famous thought leaders.
