This book is a very good insight to the 3-4-3 system of play. It covers all aspects of play and gives diagrams with explanations of each diagram for better understanding.

Basic

Pretty basic 100 page book. Covers position responsibilities, some patterns of play, and a few drills. Would work best for youth level coaches. Nothing about tactics, countering other formations, strengths and weaknesses of the 3-4-3, etc. You'd probably get just as much or more info by googling the title of the book.
