CBT Workbook

Awesome book, it is not only very informational, easy to understand, and very trustworthy, but it also is designed to put you (the reader) to work, so you don't just read but you act. It is inexpensive so it's golden information is easy to reach. The only two problems was the fact that I don't like to read so I didn't feel accountable to anyone thus was left there for sometime. Second, I didn't have anyone to talk to, to push me and feel acknowledged and special. So if you buy this book I recommend that you do this workbook with someone important to you that is willing to go through things with you, and the best part is that, that person doesn't absolutely have to know anything about psychology; the book itself is the Psychologist.
