Great fun
Just started the series but I really enjoyed what I have read so far. Fast pace, strange creatures and funny dialogue combine to make a throughly enjoyable read.
Not great art, but a great read
This, the second Dagger & Steele installment, is loads of fun. A great genre mash-up with lovable characters. The secondary players get more air time and the plot moves along a weird twisted path. As with most mysteries, you keep trying to see to the end but can't quite. When you get there, you see the trail's been building. I'll keep reading.
Amazing!!
The author keeps getting better and better, and the sarcasm keeps rolling! If you have read the first book this one will be a pleasant surprise. Detective Daggers is deeper in this book, the mystery is better, and his personal revelations get interesting. A must read for all Alex P. Berg fans!
