$14.00 and can't open! Don't pre-order! Locked on paused!

What a rip off! They are trying to force us to upgrade by putting a bug in the download. I called Apple and they said I could either pay $19.95 for tech support or visit a Genius in a store so they can try to sell me something. I just want the book I paid for months ago on the date they promised. They sent me an email saying book was ready to download and link to report problem that doesn't work. Continuosly says can't connect to iTunes store and gives me loop instructions to download but book stays stuck on paused. They sent me an iTunes receipt and charged my credit card. There are hundreds online with same problem. I had to call my credit card company to cancel the charge because Apple support is nonexistant. I have tried all day today to open this book. I even downloaded a free book and that went through fine. This only happens with the pre-ordered best sellers as I had a similar problem with the latest Michael Connely. They are doing this deliberately.

Collateral Damage

It seems like every other Woods book lately is a disappointment. Maybe he's in "call it in, and wait for the royalty" stage of life.
