Did the publishers bother to proofread this book … ?!?!?!?
I am amazed at how many gramatical and numerical mistakes there are in this book!!! Sometimes they put the wrong graph twice in the place where a different graph should be. Or they mistakenly put the same symbol for both parallel and perpendicular lines. Also, there are several times that one line has a certain number, and the very next line or a few lines down shows a different number and it’s clear that it is simply a typo. I can’t really explain it other than that without listing exactly which pages have these errors. Additionally, the order of some of the chapters seems weird. The book repeatedly gets ahead of itself and expects you to understand and apply concepts from material that isn’t even covered until later chapters.
Overall, in my opinion, I am very disappointed that I bought this book rather than a different CLEP test book. I think it has helped me to study and prepare, but I still can’t get over the fact that there are NUMEROUS gramatical / numerical errors or misprints in this book. How is someone supposed to use this book to study!?!?!?
