Come away my Beloved
This has been my favorite devotional for the past 30 years. I had to have it available wherever I go. Each time I read, god speaks to me. I am thankful to the author who loves and hears from the Holy Spirit.
Great book!
One of my very favorites! I suggest it or buy it for all my best friends. This little book changes my life every time I read it.
This book is written as though it is several letters to you from God about the most important parts of your life. It offers daily encouragement and reminds you of the promise that God is with you and always aware of what is happening to you. I would say it's similar in feeling to the poem Footprints in the Sand or the book Hinds Feet in High Places. I like to read Come Away My Beloved along with my daily Bible reading or to jump start my prayer time.
