Rachel Doones is going to move into Aunt Mildred’s house, her boyfriend, Chad, broke up with her and now she needed a place to live. Her sister, Jennifer, was worried about her because the house was said to be haunted, ever since they’d found Uncle Hubert dangling from the rafters in the attic. But that wasn’t all of it, he was the twelfth person to have taken their own life in the place, and after her husbands suicide, Aunt Mildred had changed. Things weren’t going so well for Rachel that night, and Jennifer couldn’t shake the feeling that something was going to happen. In the next couple of days when she did talk to Rachel, there was something amiss about her, Jennifer could swear she heard fear in her sister’s voice and an old lady laughing in the background. As Rachel’s fear grew, so did Jennifer’s curiosity. Jennifer does the only thing a reasonable, loving sister would, by packing herself and going to check on her safety. What will happen when Jennifer gets there??

This was pretty good for a quick bed time story! Not a bad read, I may try more by this author.
