Comerica Bank v. Texax Commerce Bank National Association

This is an action brought by Chase Bank of Texas ("Chase"), the executor of the estate of Gayl Hall Bradfield, against Comerica Bank Texas ("Comerica"), trustee of the Gayl Hall Bradfield Trust, to set aside a transfer of assets to the Gayl Hall Bradfield Trust and to impose a constructive trust on the transferred assets. Comerica appeals from the trial courts granting of partial summary judgment in favor of Chase.
