Can't wait for book two!
I love fantasy that's believable - something that doesn't force me to constantly suspend disbelief. The fact that it's a fantasy set in a Western period is even better. I'm a reader who likes to "settle-in" and escape with a book, and this one had me immersed in a world with characters I care about, and the kind of details that make a really great story. This author knows how to put words on a page so they make a movie in my mind! Absolutely worth a read!
