¶ 1 This matter is before the Court on Timothy Brown's (Appellant) appeal from the judgment of sentence, as made final by the denial of post-sentencing motions.*fn1 For the reasons set forth below, we vacate the judgment of sentence and remand for resentencing. Before reaching the merits of this appeal, we will recount the relevant facts and procedural history.
