Commonwealth v. Domenick L. Bonomi

There was no error in the denial of a motion for a change of venue for the trial of an indictment for murder notwithstanding newspaper articles, submitted in support of the motion, containing inaccurate accounts of the alleged murder and misstatements of the evidence to be presented at the trial. [332-333] There was no error at the trial of a capital case in the denial of a request by the defendant that the Judge propound questions to prospective jurors in addition to the required statutory questions. [334-335]
