An incomplete "complete oz"
As all of these works are available elsewhere for free as public domain titles, it was extremely disappointing to discover that this paid edition was still lacking the vibrant illustrations for which the series is known. Seeing as the sample lists the locations where the illustrations would be, and the iPad comes equipped with a color illustrated version of Winnie the Pooh, it was reasonable to think that the paid version of L. Frank Baum's children's classics would feature the art that is so much a part of these works. Otherwise, why create this version at all?
