Awesomely Interactive iBook
You really did a nice job on this. For me, you have set the standard for what an eBook or an iBook should be. This book shows that a tremendous amount of effort and thought went into it. For those of you on the fence, get it. You will not be disappointed!!!
This iBook is also available in paperback. I highly recommend forgoing the paperback and opting for the iBook. It's so packed with content that the paperback would need a Volume II to compare.
It strikes a perfect balance between informative and fun. I even caught my wife listening to it on the iPad. If you are considering personal protection and home defense options and techniques, make this iBook your first stop.
Prepared Senior Citizen
This book should be read by all senior citizens who want to take responsibility for protecting themselves. My husband and I used this book in conjunction with a concealed-carry class, and it is extremely clear and covers everything we needed to prepare us for owning and using a firearm. I hope we're never in a situation where we need to use a firearm to protect ourselves, but with the knowledge gained from this book (and plenty of practice at the range!), we have gained skill and confidence.
Very Interactive, Very Useful
I just got my Concealed Carry Permit a few months ago and a friend recommended this eBook. I downloaded it the other day and planned to just skim and look it over. This eBook is so well written and interactive that I was through 3 Chapters before I knew it.
The author comes at this topic from a point of view I had never thought of, You are your family's first responder. It's a very serious role to take on so you'd better be prepared. This book will get you thinking in that mode.
I love the interactive "tests" and can't imagine just "reading" the standard version. get this iPad version, you won't regret it and you, as I have, may learn something along the way.
