This book was a pleasant surprise and held my attention from start to finish. The writing is straightforward and the plot remains taut even after a gangbuster beginning that the cynic in me was sure the book could not maintain.
I audibly gasped while reading this book. All due to the author’s talent for weaving the unexpected. This book took me by surprise in the best way.

Overall, this book was pretty good. I would not say it was the best book I have ever read, but there were some pretty decent plot twists and kept my attention.

I read this a year ago and it still comes to my mind when I think of impactful, amazingly written books. Always will recommend.
