Start at the beginning. Follow each lesson.
Melon Dash developed a new paradigm of teaching adults to swim in 1983 which set new standards for understanding learning. She licensed instructors worldwide in her system. Approximately half of adults in the U.S. are afraid in deep water in pools. Five thousand have taken her courses. Most have gone on to enjoy family vacations at the water, become lap swimmers, triathletes, snorkelers, SCUBA divers, swim instructors and boat captains. Dash is a world-ranked masters swimmer in 3 events.
Learning strokes is not learning to swim. And learning to swim is not learning strokes.
Message from Melon: If you would be so kind, please leave an honest review here after you’ve read the book. Thank you.
