Constant Sorrow

Sometimes a single moment can have a lingering effect. Sometimes a single moment is the last obstacle one has to overcome. Sometimes that moment becomes a story that is passed from one generation to the next. Coming to grips with that moment, that situation haunts them for the rest of their life. That’s the story of betrayal, grief, anger and helplessness at the end of my grandfather’s life and that’s the story of how I watched him deal with it from the outside looking in.
