Changing times
We live in an era of fast changes. Every time we open an app, we see another new and better diet ad. This book makes some very sensible and logical conclusions about the diet industry. It hard to undo years of subliminal training by doctors and main stream media. But this book is thought provoking and helps you make a more informed decision. I, myself, will try the program and see where I can go. Because dammit! I am tired of starving myself and not getting anywhere. I lose some weight and then hit a 20 foot thick concrete wall that I just can’t get pasted. It is really depressing and devastating that nothing so far has worked. I will see where this takes me. Thank you for this book. It will give me more information to move forward with my journey.

Great fast read
I loved this book. It explains a lot more than what I have been reading from other books. I am insulin resistant and trying to figure out how to lose weight with low carb. He gave a good explanation on how it should work. I am trying this right away and I already can feel the difference in my body changing to the good. Thank you for writing this book, it has changed my outlook on dieting.
