Great fast read

I loved this book. It explains a lot more than what I have been reading from other books. I am insulin resistant and trying to figure out how to lose weight with low carb. He gave a good explanation on how it should work. I am trying this right away and I already can feel the difference in my body changing to the good. Thank you for writing this book, it has changed my outlook on dieting.

Read This Book!! A weight loss gold mine.

I have read a huge number of books about weight loss. I've lost 100 lbs and have kept 65 of those lbs off for over ten years. Yet, the scale creeps upward. Thor's book explains the problem with our calorie in/ calorie out model and has inspired me to eat in a way that has always led to weight loss for me in the past. The ideas and recommendations are great. This is a wonderfully written book. I will definitely tell everyone who has struggled to lose weight to get this book. Thank you Thor!
