Conversation With Samantha” Your Heart Matches My Heart is the second in the series of ten books. These books were birth from nightly conversation with my then six-year-old daughter Samantha. Samantha was being bullied at school and the school was not taking the bullying seriously and we started having nightly conversations teaching Samantha to love who she is and loving others and their differences. The first book in the series was Conversations With Samantha: Love Your Skin. My Heart Matches Your Heart is a story that Samantha is being told by her mom about two friends that loved to play together. One was black and the other white and one day they were told that they should not play together because their skin was different. These conversations that Samantha’s mom is having with her is so important for a time such as this. We need to teach our children to love themselves and others because the world is made up of all different kinds of beautiful people.
