Book Two in the Consolation Duet
I fell in love with Liam only to be left shattered into a million pieces. Again. The idea of being without him cripples me but the reality is, he’s gone.
He doesn’t understand and I can’t make him.
If only he’d see the conviction behind my words—then he’d still be here.

I'm still swooning for Dreamboat!
The minute I finished Consolation, I jumped right into Conviction. I could not wait to find out what happens between Liam and Natalie. Conviction is the conclusion to this duet and should be read after Consolation.
The book picks up right where the first left off and let's just say the emotions are running extremely high for all the characters. A good portion of the book is bittersweet, as Natalie and Liam adjust and cope with the realities they face. Nothing is easy and there is heartbreak along the way, but I loved that their connection and feelings never faltered. I apologize for the vagueness of this review, but I really don't want to spoil anything for anyone. This is an emotional book that deals with life, death, grief, forgiveness, love, and what it means to be a family. The writing is poignant and moving throughout and will have you crying one minute and laughing the next. Although the duet could have been consolidated into one longer book, I think it was important to give all the relationships time to grow, mature, and heal. I really enjoyed taking this journey with Liam and Natalie and the last part of the book left my heart full and happy. Having Liam's POV for the epilogue was the icing on the cake. He's just as deliciously sexy and hilarious in this book as he was in Consolation. Swoon indeed ;)
I loved this duet and this really was the perfect ending. It's not the true end though, since there is one more book in the series about Mark called Defenseless, and all the characters from the previous books appear. I truly enjoyed this love story and I can't wait to read more books by this author!
Boy what page turner. Couldnt put it down Its truly a must read!
Top rate...all the elements a reader could want. While Conviction was a little slower, and was not as in your face grab you, it was a wonderful compliment to the first book. I highly recommend both books.
