This book was compiled together with a twofold purpose: it gives food for nourishment, satisfaction for the hungry, and spiritually feeds the soul with hope, comfort, and strength for a better tomorrow. Some family members, friends, and acquaintances have passed on, but their recipes and their testimonies, still live on. That’s why this book is so important, it never forgets. From day one, it has been a challenge for me to complete this book. But here it is in black and white, for the official day has come.
